OVERVIEW

We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.
This policy explains our delivery options, timeframes, costs, and what to do if your order is delayed or goes missing.

1. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to:

  • All UK mainland addresses

  • Northern Ireland

  • Isle of Wight and Channel Islands (see note on extended delivery times below)

We do not currently deliver outside the UK.


2. DELIVERY OPTIONS & COSTS

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
We’ll confirm your delivery method and tracking details by email once your order has shipped.


3. DISPATCH TIME

Orders placed before 4PM GMT are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after this time or on weekends / bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME AND RISK

Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If we cannot deliver within this period, we’ll contact you to agree a new delivery date or offer a full refund. Risk in the goods passes to you only when you (or someone you nominate) physically receive the goods.
Until then, we remain responsible for the order.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your parcel online.

If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.


6. DELAYS AND UNDELIVERED ORDERS

We’ll always try to deliver on time, but sometimes delays occur because of events outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, postal strikes, customs delays).

If a delivery is significantly delayed, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to:

  • continue waiting for delivery, or

  • cancel your order for a full refund.

If an item is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund once the carrier confirms the loss.


7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to the correct address once we receive it back (you may be charged a redelivery fee).


8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items, we may ship them separately to get them to you as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment if this applies.


9. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thomby.co.uk, including your order number and photos of the package.
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
